Documents & Policies

As a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body, MSCGlobal operates under a set of clearly defined policies that govern how we conduct our certification activities. These documents reflect our commitment to impartiality, confidentiality, and fair treatment for all clients. We encourage clients and stakeholders to review these policies to understand the standards we hold ourselves to.

Certification Marks Policy

Our policy on the use and application of certification marks and logos.

Complaints Policy

How we handle and resolve complaints from clients and stakeholders.

Confidentiality Policy

Our commitment to protecting your confidential information.

Impartiality Policy

Ensuring fair and unbiased certification decisions.

How to Use These Documents

As a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body, MSCGlobal is required to make its key operating policies available to clients, applicants, and the public. Publishing these documents is not simply a compliance requirement, it is a deliberate commitment to openness. When you can read exactly how we handle complaints, protect your confidential information, manage impartiality risks, and govern the use of certification marks, you are in a position to hold us accountable to those standards. Accreditation bodies such as JAS-ANZ conduct regular surveillance and reassessment audits of our operations, and the policies on this page form part of what they assess.

During the certification process, clients are encouraged to reference these documents at any stage. If you are preparing for your Stage 1 documentation review, the Impartiality Policy and Confidentiality Policy are particularly relevant, they explain how your audit team is selected to avoid conflicts of interest and how your business information is handled and protected throughout the engagement. If you receive a certificate and intend to use the MSCGlobal certification mark in your marketing materials, the Certification Marks Policy sets out exactly how the mark may and may not be used, including the mandatory reference to JAS-ANZ accreditation.

If you have questions about any of the policies on this page, or if a document does not fully address your situation, please contact us directly. Our team is happy to explain how a particular policy applies to your organisation, discuss any concerns you have before or during your certification engagement, or provide additional documentation on request. You can reach us by phone on 1300 592 710 or by email at info@mscglobal.com.au.

Our Commitment to Transparency

Transparency is a core obligation for any accredited certification body, not an optional value. JAS-ANZ accreditation under ISO/IEC 17021-1 requires that MSCGlobal maintain documented procedures for all certification activities and make relevant information accessible to the parties we serve. This means clients should never be in a position where they do not understand how a certification decision was made, how a complaint will be investigated, or what recourse is available to them. We take that obligation seriously at every level of our organisation.

Beyond meeting accreditation requirements, we believe that openness builds the kind of long-term trust that makes certification meaningful. A certificate issued by a certification body that operates behind closed doors carries less weight than one backed by publicly available policies, an independent accreditation body, and a clear track record. If you would like to verify our accreditation status or scope, you can search the JAS-ANZ public register at jas-anz.org using our registered name, MSCGlobal Pty Ltd.
