  • You complete our application form and sign the Client Agreement documenting scope, fees, and schedule
  • We conduct a transfer audit (a desk review and/or site visit depending on your cycle timing)
  • MSCGlobal issues a new JAS-ANZ accredited certificate covering the agreed scope
  • You notify your previous certification body. We provide guidance on how to do this

  • Current certificate of conformity including appendices and any multi-site schedules
  • Most recent Stage 2 certification audit report
  • Most recent surveillance audit report
  • Summary of any open or recently closed corrective action requests
  • Management system documentation including scope, key procedures, and system overview
Will my certification status be interrupted?
  • No. Your current certificate remains valid throughout the entire transfer process
  • MSCGlobal plans the timeline around your existing certificate expiry date and current audit cycle
  • For certificates approaching expiry, we align the transfer audit with the recertification audit
  • For mid-cycle transfers, we align with the next scheduled surveillance audit
